We believe God is calling us not only to run events, but to multiply: to plant new bases and launch new evangelistic initiatives in strategic locations around the world.

Reach Movement Bases
The Reach Movement is a collective of various ministries, churches, and mission projects. We informally refer to these as "Bases" when they function as more than just an administrative office. In these Bases, we live and serve together as a community, centered around our core values.
A Connected Network
There is a deep, spiritual bond between our Bases. We stay in close contact, support one another, and develop our future vision together.
What is a "Base"?
A Base can take many forms and usually consists of one or more of the following ministry profiles:
- Local Outreach: A community with a specific local evangelism mandate and regular community gatherings.
- Training & Mobilization: Organizing short-term mission trips and seminars.
- Ministry Schools: Long-term discipleship programs, such as the BMS or the Reach Mallorca School.
Growth and Multiplication
As a movement, our goal is to plant new Bases and integrate existing ministries into our network. To plant a new Base, an existing "Mother Base" must be ready to provide support. This sending Base appoints the founding team, provides spiritual oversight, and ensures the necessary logistical support is in place.

Each partner remains fully autonomous, including:
- Leadership & Decision-Making: You are responsible for your own organization.
- Finances & Fundraising: Your budget and assets remain your own.
- Ministry Identity: You keep your name, branding, and ministry focus.
- External Networks: Partnership with us does not replace or hinder your involvement in other networks or denominations.

Depending on the situation, partnership can include:
- Co-leading Outreaches: Joining forces for large-scale impact.
- Team Exchange: Sending and receiving teams between bases and ministries.
- Leadership Development: Sharing training resources and wisdom.
- Planting Bases: Working together to establish new sending communities.
